You know the taco dip that you always see at the grocery store? It has never appealed to me. I don’t like beans or guac or lettuce. Taco dip has just never been my thing. But recently I have been seeing “Greek dip.” It is the same concept as taco dip but with Mediterranean flavors instead of Mexican. This is much more my thing. Instead of serving mine as a dip I decided to make Greek Bruschetta. This way you do not even have to bother to dip your bread. The bread comes already fully loaded with all kinds of goodness.

A little more than a year ago we made Sour Cream Pancakes that were to-die-for. We’ve made them a couple of times since then but just recently decided to branch out with the original recipe. Given that one of our favorite summer pastimes is making s’mores over a campfire it was natural for us to incorporate s’mores into our breakfast.

Tri Colored Tortellini with Lots and Lots of Goodness recipe pictures I can’t believe we have been blogging for a year and half and we haven’t yet posted this recipe. It is an easy one, but it is also one of our favorites. Isn’t it funny how you get so used to making something for dinner that it never occurs to you that this recipe might be new to some people? It is nothing groundbreaking but we like it so I thought some of you might too! Sometimes, I wonder if some of the recipes we post are too simple. But I also know that sometimes people don’t want to spend 1, 2, or 3 hours on dinner each night. Sometimes people want simple! I feel like since we are world famous bloggers (ha!) that we can’t post easy, no brainer recipes. And yet, when I am searching for new dinner ideas I almost always look for quick and easy weeknight meal ideas. I wish I had enough time to make breakfast weekday mornings, but alas I do not. The problem is…I struggle in the mornings because I stay up way too late at night watching reality TV. I love literally every reality TV show. Take last night for example, my roommate forced me into watching Bachelor Pad 2. And by forced I mean she suggested it once and I immediately said “sure, let’s do it!”  And just like that I was forever hooked on another reality TV show. In my head I was able to justify it because we DVR’d the show (obvi!) and were able to skip through the commercials. So rather than wasting 2 hours of my life I wasted only an hour and a half. But gosh was it amazing! #theultimatetrash
