Biscoff Pretzel Bites

A couple of weeks ago we posted these Gooey Biscoff Cake Bars. This was my introduction to the world of Biscoff. There’s no turning back. They were indescribably great. Then, more recently, we tried these Biscoff Pretzel Bites. Now I’m convinced that anything paired with Biscoff will knock my socks off.

Fruit Salsa

I so wanted to make a fruit salsa with raspberries and peaches. The two sounded so good together. But apparently this is not the season for peaches and I could not find any. The guy at Marianos looked at me like I was crazy when I asked where the peaches were. My second choice was nectarines…but no dice. Bottom line? I want summer to be here.

Parmesan Dill Popcorn

Last weekend Kara and I went, along with my roommate Alana, Kara’s friends, and our Moms, to this place in Mount Prospect called Dave’s Specialty Foods. We got a big enough group together so that we could have a private session with Dave. Dave cooked while we ate and drank. A perfect situation. It was a blast!!

Easter Bunny Munch

I love Easter candy. Really I love all candy, but I think the best stuff comes out around Easter time. Peeps, jelly beans and Cadbury Creme Eggs…you name it, I like it! I know many people do not like black jelly beans, but those are my favorite. In fact, I only eat black and pink jelly beans. I also love snacking, so making this Easter Bunny Munch just seemed natural to me.

Lemon-Lime Puppy Chow

I never make Puppy Chow simply because it’s the type of snack that I cannot resist. I’ll eat a handful every time I’m in the kitchen or walking by the kitchen or can find any excuse to visit the kitchen…that’s how addicting I find it. So naturally when Kara threw out the idea of Lemon-Lime Puppy Chow I agreed against my better judgement.
